Youre gonna have to hurt your posture a bit baby, sorry.
Slump the shoulders, if you can, curl them forward, its an easy temporary fix for broad shoulders. As for you hips, some good leg excersize should help you lose the fat that extends the size and firm it up. Just dont go too much or it'll get bigger, hon!
Your skeletal structure can't be fixed but with posturing and yoga will help you a lot.
