I look back at when I was 18 and 23-year-olds counted as "older men" and it's funny. Cuz shortly thereafter I started dating way older. 27-and-18+ is really normal, and a lot of people go insanely beyond. The 'daddy' thing got stupid big, and even before that you wouldn't really be old enough at 27 to fall under that umbrella. Non-issue. I'm 26 and I get younger guys coming up to me thinking they're hitting on a "younger guy."

Not even close to too old, but even if you are into twinks only, check the attitude. You're very unlikely to find what you're looking for if you come into the whole endeavor of dating cute twinks with a "you're only with me if you're super cute and twinky and otherwise I don't care." I don't understand how an age difference this small could be a "daddy" fetish. It's ridiculous. There's no goddamn way a 30-year-old can have an 18-year-old kid unless he somehow impregnated a girl with his first ejaculation when he was in the fifth grade. Someone in their late 20's is only "old" to small children for whom reaching their teens seems a million years away. For the most part, you can't even tell the difference between a man who is 20 and one who is 30, with the exception that the former either lives with his parents or in a college dorm, is naive and stupid, and doesn't have $50 to his name; and the latter has a car, a steady job, disposable income, and the knowledge to properly utilize the Oxford Comma.
