Straight razor or safety razor.

For safety razors one blade can last up to maybe a month depending on how much you shave and how well you take care of the blades, they come in packs of I think 5 or 6 and cost no more than $5.

A straight razor just needs to be sharpened and kept dry when stored, easy peazy.

And you don't have to buy into the fancy pantsy, high end shaving cream, oils, lotions, and etc. that I KNOW you might seem tempted to buy into if your financial aid comes back in and you spend nights on end browsing DudeIWantThat contemplating buying a jellyfish and a 10 lb bag of Kraft cheese powder only to spend all your money on pizza and WoW.
