Better if you're ok to show face/full body.
"Worthwhile money" can be subjective depending on how desperate you are/how many hangups you have. I used to cam4, which was… really patient work. Pretty much straight up stopped when I turned 20 'cuz I couldn't say "teen" in the header anymore, which I think gets a massive advantage. A lot of sitting around, and in the end I made like 70 bucks doing it intermittently. But then I wasn't that good looking. A cuter friend of mine used to go straight to the front of the site every time he went on, and he probably missed out on a huge chance to monetize.
But more relevant - doing video commissions did me pretty well for a while. And by "pretty well," I mean roughly $75 per video, which meant it was at least more lucrative than the much more time consuming Cam4 live process where the site technically got half of every dollar spent on me + ad revenue. And my last commission was totally shit quality, shot on a garbage laptop because everything else was broken, and I didn't get any complaints.
It's better if you can get co-stars, though. I think that gave me an edge for a while. People ultimately still like stories.
