Losing weight is the most brain dead simple thing you can do. You can lose weight waaay fucking faster than you gain it. You've spent your entire life building up to 270. You can lose 100lbs in a year without even trying, and more if you actually put it a significant amount of effort.

Count your calories, and eat less than that. Boom, you lose weight. This is all without lifting a fucking finger for exercise. Start by only eating 2000 calories a day for a few weeks. Then lower it down even more depending on how fast you want to see progress.
Exercise is optional. Do it when you want to or if you want to, but the most important thing is not eating over a certain amount of calories. Eating healthy food is also optional. This is the retard guide to losing weight.
