I don't subscribe to a lot of ASMR channels (I've 4 in total, two by men, two by women) but like Ephemeral Rift and Dr. Tingles. ER cause he has great production values, clever roleplay, a fucking expanded universe to explain why Batman is painting your face, and is pretty good looking if that's your thing.

Dr. Tingles is a bit cheaper production wise (Green screen backgrounds with a bunch of glitches) but still has good audio quality, a nice "universe" and "ASMR War" lore going on, less of a looker but has a great voice (his Liquid ASMR video has him doing a pretty good impression of the movie voiceover guy).

I'm subbed to a ton of female ASMR channels, but those probably aren't as relevant here lol.

I use ASMR to help get me through hw and relax. I don't actually watch the videos though, just put things on in the background, so I don't pay attention to what people are actually saying most of the time >.<.
