Intellectual property doesn't work that way, and Matt Furie is completely in his rights as a copyright holder to enforce his copyright as he sees fit. Alex Jones will lose, as Furie has already successfully defended his copyright in 2017, forcing the authors of "The Adventures of Pepe and Pedre" to settle out of court, submitting to his demands that they pull the book from publication and donate the profits to Muslim charities.
