Honestly the "Mandy did 9/11" thing is largely agreed upon to be the worst of it.
He does a couple of incest/child abuse storylines, but nothing more explicit or fucked-up than the average mildly-edgy anime.

I have no Idea OP. Purely from a design perspective in relation to the other girls she looks hideously out of place.
1. Her hair isn't a natural colour like the other girls, it's neon blue
2.She's taller, which is explained by her being older, however her proportions are off. Only her legs seem to be taller, with the rest of her body being drawn as if she were the same size as the other girls.
3. The miniature elephant, I just don't get it.
Other than that, there's not much else to pick on, her VA isn't too bad I suppose. But her whole character just seems like a gimmick to try and attract attention to this dying show and sell merchandise, her very creation and introduction is a very cynical move. The ending of the episode was convenient too, with Bliss flying off into space and not seen again.
