There's two versions: the complete book version, and the single issues. The latter is not the best quality, but the file size is small.
There's an extra issue called Les Mysteres de l'Incal, and I'm guessing that it's a behind-the-scenes look at the series. There's no English translation that I could find.

I'd suggest going about and looking for English releases that have the subs either embedded in the file or as seperate .srt files, and just using them.

Personally the one massive downside is that it increases the chance that some fags share it to their shit media's (In the Share Thread`s case kikebook) which then increases the chance that links (at least for mega,not shure about torrents) will get kill faster than naturally. If the owner was as clever as he was to not get caught for so long, he'd have a back up somewhere.
However, he did get caught for logging into iTunes and Facebook with the same email, so maybe he's not that clever.
Lots of the torrents on KAT still exist; many, many sites just trawled KAT then added the links to their site, and people who constantly uploaded, like Nem, just moved to a new site and kept going.

Thanks to the anon who added things from this thread and took out the bits we didn't need/want from the large document. I've now added those to either "comics" or "cartoons".
Final thing I have to do is break every link in half and add the 2nd half to a Ghostbin paste, but this is at least a proper start.
If you want things added, make a PR or just chuck it here. I check new replies in this thread fairly quickly, so can add them easily enough.
The "CheckBeforePosting" file has a few good sites to check out, as well as details for joining a private comic tracker (torrent site), and applications for there open up in a few days.

I remember reading this in black & white back in the day – the collected issues in ‘Book 1 – Udaku’, with a foreword by Todd himself. Seeing a thread over at /tv/ with Todd talking about the upcoming Spawn film he’s working on got me interested in revisiting the Sam & Twitch series.
I rarely read US comics though, except for some ‘Calvin and Hobbes’, & ‘Conan the Barbarian’. I tend to stick to the Euro comics I grew up with nowadays – the Scandinavian (mostly done by Swedes) version of Lee Falk’s ‘The Phantom’, ‘Tintin’, ‘Largo Winch’, ‘Thorgal’, ‘PKNA – Paperinik New Adventures’, ‘Axa’, ‘Prince Valiant’, Peder Madsen’s ‘Valhalla’, 2000 AD’s ‘Flesh’ &c.

I had a quick check, and they have almost all of those series you mentioned. Only one I couldn't spot was Flesh, but that's probably in one of the huge 2000AD collections.
There's a lot of Big 2 stuff, but then there's guys who collect obscure things just to circlejerk over how many obscure things they have, which is only a positive for everyone else. Other than that, Euro comics get a fair amount of praise and attention.
Best part of the tracker is that they use a point system, not a ratio based system, since lots of comics get rarely seeded (I've got things for years sitting at 0.01% ratio), so you don't have to be meticulous about what you do like other sites.

You're trying too hard, whatever way you try to encode a link it will be decoded by any human with a functioning brain.
But that's not our problem, our problem is the links getting automatically detected by an online bot. And the chances of that happening are already slim to none considering 8chan is not indexed on search engines, so using a simple encoding method like B64 is enough to guarantee flying under the radar.

Seedboxes are great for the community as a whole, but shit for the individual. Let's assume we run a 1:1 ratio limit, so for every 1MB I download, I must upload 1MB in return. Most sites will let you go under this ratio (more downloaded than uploaded) for a week or two, plus give you unchecked data for say the first 5GB when you start.
Bittorrent and uTorrent protocols (don't worry about the difference, it's only in name nowadays) both prioritise efficiency, so they decide that it's better to connect to the single seeder, the seedbox, on the 1GB/s up connection than the 100 10MB/s connections. Obviously, this is only assuming there's one leecher, but it's in principle the same when there's more; the seedbox gets priority access.
Thus, the guy with 10 seedboxes seeding dozens of terabytes of the latest release films and shows gets an insanely higher ratio than everyone else.
There's a few reasons against it, from people not liking the idea of paying for piracy (cunts that think they're entitled to free shit who never used torrents 10 years ago), people who don't think it's fair for someone who automatically torrents everything uploaded with an RSS feed script to have 1000:1 ratio and a few other reasons.
It's a flaw inherent to the BT protocol and can't be easily fixed.
A few trackers that specialise in things like movies (high demand/high userbase) have lower ratios. I've seen 20:1, 50:1 and 75:1. This means that you can download more, but only works if the people on seedboxes still use them despite the lower ratio limits (Usually do, I can only think of one attempt that failed by doing this, but the userbase was tiny so it was on the way out anyways)
Other ways are what I mentioned there, where a points system is used. That's really good for places like 32P where there's not a huge demand for every item uploaded. I think I've uploaded 15GB and downloaded 100GB+ since joining several months ago. I'm keeping them available, but they're not being used.
The only other thing I've heard of, which is yet to be implemented, was a way to automatically detect users with a fairly high upload ratio, say 20:1, then redistribute it to those who were seeding at the same time. The only problem with that is that it's not as fair to the seedboxes as they did seed it after all, and it's also pretty complicated to distribute it.

Yes it is very tedious but the primary/main is that my system's version of base64 can't handle # or ! even when encased in"" which has worked for other content before. I would rather use a local script that have to reload a website and wait for networking.

It would have avoided the re-cast, at the very least. Even for a live action movie, I think MiB did pretty ok, because, yes, it's clear they deal with pretty serious and massive stuff, but they played it pretty cleverly and made the point across anyway. I am looking for two stories that were published in horror anthology comics in Norway in the early ’90s. I’m guessing both stories were originally from the US.
One was in colour and set in feudal Japan, with an artist that travelled around and offered people to show them his artwork. A shogun(?) he showed it to wanted the painting/woodcarving for himself, and ordered his soldiers to kill the artist in his sleep. The next morning the artist showed up to greet the shogun, and once again showed him the artwork, only this time it depicted his soldiers being killed/tormented. I think this one was very short, no more than two pages probably. I think this was done in a somewhat unique art style.
The second one was in black & white, and told of a collector of old rare occult tomes. He visits his local antiques/book shop, and the seller told him he might be able to get a hold of a very rare occult book, written by a French(?) occultist who predicted his own death. The seller ended up killing the owner of the book to get it, but discovered that the murder he had committed had been foretold in the book, even illustrated. The collector hurried home to get his savings to by the book, but when he showed up the seller at the antiques/book shop refused to sell it to him, and he ended up killing the seller and bringing the book home with him. As he began studying the tome in his study he saw an illustration of himself being murdered by his wife, which then happened, since she was furious at him for wasting their savings on more dusty old books.
