Spider-Man was not good in decades. Start with original books - Amazing Fantasy #15 and on. Stop once you will start disliking it - book will most likely only get worse from that point on.

If you can stomach Bendis, you might give Ultimate Spider-Man a shot. It does not hold up well, but this is the best you're going to get after the 80s. Spider-Man spinoffs, like Venom and Spider-Man 2099 have better track record at producing good books in recent years.
