It was Schnepp. He was the character designer, one of the three creators, and he wrote and directed few episodes each season. Blacha and Small wrote almost all episodes, and I do not think that Schnepp did anything more than occasional minor script contributions.

I can see it happening but I honestly don't want it to, I'm scared that the same thing that happened to FLCL and Samurai Jack will happen. The production fucks up and we get a bare bones product. Modern adult swim is no where near what it was ages ago, I don't want the horrifying thoughts racing through my head over a modern 12 Oz Mouse and all of it's implications. Once a series ends officially or not it's memories become equal to how you interpret it. This is why I never even tried giving the FLCL continuation a chance, because I watched the original run on DVD while at a time in my life where the story amplified itself within me. Same with 12 Oz Mouse. By continuing it with such drastic changes even if it mostly keeps up with Matt Maiellaro's original story plan, would be a major turn off for me. I'd rather not risk that monkey's paw.

I don't want 12 Oz Mouse's final twist to be that it was Drumpf all along and in real real real real life Fitz was actually a tranny kike or some bullshit. It's ultimately too late to ever have good endings after such a long after being postponed. Leave everything as it is even if it never got a proper ending, because otherwise it won't get a proper ending, but now it's official.
