The art and animation's good enough for a one-man job, voice acting is acceptable (though Mymy's voice actress should really invest in a better microphone) and the writer seems to have a decent grip on imageboard and hikki culture. However, while some of the quick gags were funny, they're not enough to hold the viewer's interest in what ultimately looks to become a pretty boring storyline.
While I probably can't blame the writer for this, it also doesn't help that the whole video reminds me of ponies. The "silly faces and (mildly) edgy humour" shtick feels like a restrained version of Hotdiggedydemon's vids, and the /innocent cheery cutie/overenthousiastic jingoist/dour protagonist/ character dynamic is a pretty similar setup to what /pone/s board-tans got going on.
