They might be turbo-kikes but its practically an objective fact they're in the top tier looking at results alone.

In the last decade or so they've made things consistently popular among casual anime "fans", so that already made threads for their shows prime shitposting territory. Regardless of what the content is they're also one of the few studios these days that can reliably manage a production schedule (since unlike almost anyone else they in-house almost all their work due to location), so they tend to attract studio "rivalry" shitposting on cuckchan especially due to frequently being presented as a standard of quality for the industry. Add to all that, they have a definite tendency to pander to fujos. Various other shit like their tendency to abuse digital after-effects like chromatic aberration/blur/etc. is off-putting to a lot of people too.

Because Kyoto has a nasty habit of not actually being able to animate well but instead focus most of it's art on making backgrounds as pretty as possible. There's the moe complaint but I believe Kyoto just capitalized on something that already existed, and may have helped popularized it, but was not solely responsible.
