Finished Island on a whim recently, since only absolute madmen watch VN adapations.

Was a pretty decent red herring simulator and yu-no clone, especially in the parts of ending up fucking your own daughter, not so much in unknowingly cucking your wife/fiancee/sister reincarnation for hundreds of thousands of years. Only a shame there was no H content, and ending was a bit too open after setting up the whole mystery of why the fuck was everyone dying constantly.

Went on to take a look at Maitetsu with all bajillion uncensor patches.

Nice train autism so far. Pretty sure MC is either a completely broken sociopath or his balls got crushed along side his sister in the train crash.

Only checked out the ending episodes to see how much it differs, and it is kind of a mishmash of the "good" end and the true end in the VN. Aside from that, they seem to have adapted more or less the main route of the game.

All in all, isn't going to be the same thing as going in dry as far as the main plot goes. Knowing the gimmick pretty much kills a good deal of the setup in the side routes and first half of the main route.

I've been playing To Heart 2 on and off. It's a bit cheesy, but I love the atmosphere of it. It's light and charming.
