Not all of us have the privilege of being raised by non-nosy parents. If my parents saw a lock box in my room they'd immediately want to know what I'm keeping in there. They don't respect privacy.

I successfully kept diapers hidden from my parents for 6 years. Get an old gym bag and keep them in there. Put the gym bag in your closet (or another place your parents would have no reason to go) under some other bags or clothes. I highly, highly recommend not hiding them under the bed. Things get lost under there all the time and if your parents ever go looking down there, they'll want to know what's in the bag.

As for when you wear them, that's up to you. You gotta be careful because my dad has heard my diaper under my pants before. Cloth-back ones will help prevent that, as will some diaper covers, but diaper covers open a whole other can of worms with needing to wash them and such. I typically wore some boxer briefs over them and it helped a bit.

Also, I recommend not messing unless you plan it out. Do what you gotta do, but do it quickly and get rid of the evidence immediately. Double plastic bag, tied up and thrown directly into the outside garbage bin. Wet diapers are not quite as bad, but will still start to stink after a while. Throw them out within a few days to a week or else your parents will probably catch a whiff.

All in all, I'd say it was worth it just for the experience. I haven't had any since March because I'm trying to save money, and also because we're moving soon and going through things in our house. Just think logically about where you're hiding them and what you do as far as disposal.

I occasionally mess in underwear in lieu of diapers and it's definitely something you have to plan out beforehand. I usually do it when no one is home and the day right before the trash comes around so it's not sitting in the trash too long. When living with other people you definitely can't have as much fun with messing as I'd expect when you live alone. Just gotta fap, clean up and throw it away.

This is a good idea. When I used to have crossdressing clothes (felt guilty and purged them unfortunately) I hid them in my closet in a box along with some old books I used to read as a kid. It would be unlikely anyone would have looked in there without a good reason. My biggest issue is how to get the diapers into the house though. Honestly I probably either need to drive out and buy some or just make sure I can grab it before anyone else gets it. They have a habit of opening mail addressed to me occasionally for some reason.

To add to this, when I wore when I was still living with my parents I ordered a box of big freezer ziploc bags. I think they contain the smell a bit better than grocery bags and I actually still put my used ones in freezer bags so they can sit in the bin with the rest of the trash until its ready to be taken out.

I've had this fetish for a VERY long time (I've had an interest in diapers for as long as I can remember but I guess it wasn't technically a fetish until I hit puberty) and I'll tell you, wearing for the first time was probably one of the most exhilarating moments of my life (wow, that sounds pretty fucking sad). However, if I could go back I would not have done it again. The anxiety that comes with hiding shit, let alone using it around other people's potentially variable schedules is massive, at least it was for me. I never got explicitly caught but I do remember one morning waking up to my bedroom door being opened a crack when I was sure I had closed it the night before (the paranoia of being diapered guaranteed that) so I'm pretty sure someone in my family, if not my whole family, knows one way or another and I don't like that. That's not something they should know. You can't undo those mistakes. In my case I can brush it off. My parents are pretty liberal so if they found out they probably didn't care but your mileage may vary on familial reaction.

now that you write it out like that, it does sound a little pathetic, but definitely when I put on my first ones it felt like my brain was going to pop from the adrenaline, there's just something about the physical proof of going so far outside of societal norms or something I guess

I'm sure that's fairly subjective, but it was certainly the case for me. Very comfy.

Live with friends and have for years. Just got my ABDL stuff in a variety of boxes. No ones allowed in my room and even if they were they wouldn't be allowed to go through my stuff so whatever.

Had a few close calls where I thought I'd have the place to myself and wore in public areas only to have my flat mate come in unannounced, but I've always been within dashing distance of another room or able to keep the door shut and make an excuse.

Unless you live in a very small house with paper thin walls you'll be fine.

If the biggest issue is ordering it online, there is a simple fix for that. FedEx stores will hold anything shipped via FedEx Ground for up to a week before shipping it to the billing address. Free of charge. I know for a fact they'll hold ABU stuff, but if you order from anywhere else you'll need to check shipping. UPS Stores will also hold stuff for you, but they've been really back-and-forth for me. Sometimes they'll charge me $5, sometimes they'll give it for free, and other times they'll just flat-out tell me I need a locker to hold stuff there. Do not recommend using them for that.

If there's no FedEx store near you, the only other option (barring having it shipped to a friend's house) is a PO box. They're typically not too expensive, but there's sometimes a wait list for them. Get the smallest one. Anything that arrives that is too big for the mailbox will simply be held behind the counter for you to sign off on and take home.

From there, as long as you can get it past your parents you're in the clear. I recommend keeping it in the trunk of your car until they're not home and bringing it in then, or if you're like me and have too many fucking siblings for that to matter, just rush it up to your room as quickly as possible. Tear it open, take out the diapers and stuff them into your gym bag, then dispose of the box and any shipping information.

Can confirm. My first real diapers were Attends which weren't even that great. Nonetheless, it was like nothing I had ever experienced before. Sheer bliss as my hands shook to tape up the diaper. And yes it sounds incredibly pathetic. Get over it.

These seem like good ideas, especially the PO box. Doing that or the other possible methods you suggested would definitely alleviate a large part of the anxiety I feel watching tracking and running out to hide the box as soon as it arrives.
