There are no quality adult pull-ups. ABDL or otherwise.

Pull-ups don't work on an adult body the same way they do on a child's. It's the same reason baby diapers have one tape per side and adult diapers have two.

If you are incredibly thin/small I guess Pull-ups and Goodnites could work for you. But honestly, I don't understand the appeal. Just wear real diapers.

If they kept pull-ups to the same proportions, they'd work fine. Instead they always super-cheap out on the side materials, which makes the thing super-sag as soon as it's used. If the sides on adult ones were thicker, and larger ones were shaped for an adult gut, they'd be magnificent.

I'm 125, which is the end of the range on the package. Besides my adult package, they fit great. Don't hold much, but they are still fun to wear.

I´m 6ft and 132lbs, wore DryNites a few times, mostly the girls ones. From a technical point, they suck. Don´t hold much, and leak in 90% of the normal sized wettings.

Besides that, they are enjoyable. Actually comfortable, Really like the designs, too. Messing also is fun in them, but they are pretty expensive.

The only suitable pullups I know are Attends Pull-Ons or Tena Pants so far. There´s also the Always Discreet pants out there, haven´t had a chance to test them yet, though, would like some info on them.

See the "tape" closures on the front? I took one pull up, cut both big blue "tape" pieces off the front. Grab the second one, open it at the side seams. Fit your "tape" pieces over the blue Velcro strips, orientated the same way as the attached ones. Now you should be able to realise the side seams, with the new pieces of "tape" on both sides extending the leg room.
