Medical vs Fetish-diapers.

Whats better for incontinence and why?

Discuss.

It's pretty objectively fetish diapers. Medical diapers are largely a scam nowadays that exploit the stigma against diapers to make people who don't know better waste money on subpar products that don't actually function. But hey, at least the marketing says they're not diapers!

5deb2d  No.62866

Fetish because they're focused more on functionality. Absorbency, leak and smell prevention, e.t.c. Medical ones are all about discretion and so are shit in every other regard.

d8455c  No.62869

Is this even a question? Fetish diapers. People who make them actually care about them working well and being comfortable. The one thing medical diapers have is their low price, due only to their low quality.

>>62863

Depends on your needs. Fetish diapers are usually much more expensive and overdo it with absorbency. For regular incontinence medical diapers are much more practical. Alone that they come in difference absorbency levels is a big plus. Thinner diapers also cause less waste; think about it. You'd be changing diapers multiple times a day. And you'll have to dispose of all of them.

Depends. Fetish ones are obviously much more absorbent, but if you're want to be more save money and be more discreet, then medical ones should work as well.

Medical diapers if you hate the incontinent person.

Fetish diapers in any other case.

It really depends on whether or not you’ll end up using them and why you like diapers in the first place. Usually if you don’t care about using them and just want to wear I’d go with fetish

d66629  No.62895

Depends on what you consider a fetish diaper. Anything that does not have childish prints is a Medical Diaper IMO. Abenas, Rearz, Forsite and other companies all produce plain diapers that are just a functional as the ones with babyish prints.

ec5482  No.62899

I always assumed there are a company in china putting prints on their otherwise standard selection of diapers.

There are (cheaper) plain versions of the expensive print ones targetted at the ABDL market.

I don't see the need for print on the diapers - there are plastic pants or snap on pants or pull up covers that can have any number of patterns on or add bulk. The pattern then providing cute etc.

From a fetish perspective in the UK I quite like diapers from a company called Gompels Healthcare.

They were plastic backed, tapes were crappy, absorbancy was OK. Terribly noisy. Fetish wise that worked for me just fine :)

Incontinence wise. Better Dry.

It seems you can pee in them all day and they just don't leak.

There ARE good medical diapers. Tena Slip Super and up, or even better Slip Active Fit which is plastic backed.

I wear and use Tena Slip Active Fit Ultima 24/7. Works like a charm.

c3de0b  No.63044

No love for the M4? Fetish diapers are objectively better in every way but that doesn't make all medical diapers bad. M4s, Tena Slip Maxi, Dry 24/7, all great imo. M4s aren't AS good but you get 14 for a $20 bill.

Tena turned to shit after they got so thin, that the super-absorber-crystals poked holes through the plastic.

They aren't the worst on the market, but they are getting worse with every "New design".

I give Tena 2 years and they'll take the same road down like Kolibri and Seni!

>>63044

M4 were pretty great until they switched to Cotton-Feel.

Now they are itchy, they smell and the absorbency went to shit.

c0a872  No.63178

>>63165

Any diaper that is Cotton Feel (Tena, Abena, etc.) is not even a real diaper since it can't even function in a basic way. They absorb nothing, the tapes don't stick and the insert falls apart within a half hour.

Cotton Feel must have been the biggest corporate blunder in diaper history. Imagine a person who actually has all their senses and relies on diapers being subjected to this shit.

As an inconanon I have found that fetish diapers (admittedly I have only tried Tykables) need constant adjustment. My top picks are Unique Wellness and ConfiDry

tranquility atn's are teh best medical diapers for this fettish imo. cheap, very absorbant, they can match both worlds.

securexplus are also great diapers but super expensive. personally i also love the new pullups and pampers but huggies always beats pampers on the tabs, if someoen could combine a pampers overnight baby dry with huggies tabs/sides and maybe underjams absorbancy… fucking best diaper ever imo

Are they really bad now? Isn't it location or supplier dependent? I have heard a lot of contradicting stuff about the M4s and them changing to cotton so I'm not sure what to think
