I have been searching for a story I read over two weeks ago, but can't seem to find it. Its about a boy, about age 14, who purposely becomes incontinent. He visits the doctor and lies. He gradually steps up his instances. There's a scene where his mother is changing him and he pees during. She laughs, saying he hasn't done that since he was a baby.
The story is pretty long, and usually has cuts like "six months later".
