So a while back I found this "pjama" thing, and it looked really interesting. Basically, they are bedwetting pants for kids and adults. But they are not like regular pull-ups or diapers. The actual pjama pants themselves are what absorb the liquid. They are waterproof on the outside, and absorb liquid on the inside. They are machine washable as well. They seem to have a pretty decent capacity as well. They come in long pants or shorts. They look like regular sleep pants. Its not clear to me if you are supposed to wear underwear with them, as they would get wet when you peed. It seems to me that it is not just like a pants shaped cloth diaper, but actually has some sort of SAP in them. It says they take slightly longer to dry than regular pants.
Here is the website.

They seem pretty expensive, but it might be worth it. If I was 10 and still wet the bed, I would LOVE these things.
Has anybody tried them, or heard of them or anything about them? what exactly is in them/how do they work?
Anybody ever hear of something like this? as in bedwetting management other than your standard pull ups or diapers?
