If you're serious, do you need any help producing the design(s)? I'm sure some of us wouldn't mind transcribing the graphics from photos/scans of baby diapers to a vector format suitable for making high quality prints.
If you can ignore legal issues, I'd love to see some with real cartoon characters such as Dora the Explorer. Existing ABDL diaper designs just don't have the same impact.
What kind of batch sizes can you produce? Do you need to make custom tooling for each print design, or could you rapidly switch between different designs as long as the colors remain the same?
If it's the latter, you might be able to attain some degree of legal protection by allowing people to submit custom designs along with a statement that they have the permission of the copyright holder. Check with a lawyer, but I don't think you'd be legally liable if someone forges a letter from P&G claiming they have permission to use the design.
