not exactly what you're looking for but I've done that with underwear instead. it works pretty well, but you gotta make sure you have a long-lasting lube. I kept a ~8" by 2.2" one in there for like 3 hours, and getting it out was an issue because most of the lube had been absorbed (used water-based like a dumbass)

It's definitely possible. Personally I don't even think getting the diaper really tight is all that important anyways. Even when I let my pelvic floor go lax the dildo didn't really move all that much. It has a tapered end though, and I'm sure that helped.

Just wanted to add that, if you don't tighten everything up all the way, but instead but some slack in different places, the looseness can be fun and exciting. For me at least.
