If I remember correctly it was a side by side picture, one from when she was an actual infant and then as an adult in a diaper doing the same pose, with a caption like "nothing's changed." Everyone got outraged at her and started piling on, like they like to do. She refused to take it down claiming it was innocent, she either left or her account was deleted soon after. She had just started the account too, it's a shame she got scared away.
