Is there any way to guarantee a solid bowl movement?

I've never had the opportunity to do a nice solid messing, every time I've felt like it, it's always been a semi-solid mush at best.

I'm talking like, specific vitamins that effect it, the opposite of a stool softener if such a thing exist, not just "eat a bunch of cheese" or something where the results can barely be relied upon.

I find that avoiding insoluble fibre and eating a lot of starch and protein can make your poop pretty solid.

If you have access to them, opioids are probably a surefire way of having very solid poop.

I know that feel OP, so many times I've shit in the toilet and had a 10/10 shit that didn't even need wiping.

Meanwhile every time I've messed myself so far it's been a sloppy mass that took wipe after wipe to clean up.

Strangely, before I started wearing I always thought I'd never ever mess myself. Then soon after I found a decent brand of diaper (started with Tranquility ATN) I did let loose one night on the spur of the moment and now I can't get enough.

Yes, that's been a big issue for me too. Every time I feel like messing, its never anything close to solid, the good shits only happen when I'm between diapers and don't feel at all like messing. It sucks, and feels like a waste everytime.

And the first time I ever messed, what got me into it in the first place, it was rock hard, tented out the diaper and left a baseball sized lump. It was the greatest feeling, and I've never come close to replicating it.

Fibre. Either something like psyllium husk taken at hourly intervals with plenty of water or a change to your actual diet to increase fibre.

Look at foods high in fibre - Nuts, Fruit and eat more.

A single anti-diarrhea (loperamide) tablet can help.

The problem with using drugs - is you have to know how it will effect you and there is risk in using them unnecessarily.

For fibre - if you are not used to taking it can make you feel bloated and/or depending on digestion may take time to pass through.

So you need to do a bit of experimenting.

Personally I find some fibre bars to 'snack on' plus an increase in the fruit+nuts I usually eat most days works well for me.

If there is an occasion I will add 3 double doses of psyllium.

Listen to your body when discovering what works for you. This might be a 3 day+ process to get a 12hr window in which the right kind of shit happens

I've got some whole wheat pasta I can have for dinner, and cereal that I can snack on, thats the best I can do until I can go shopping, which wont be tonight, which is when I was planning on doing this.

I'll be fine taking the morphine, I had to take two of these a day when I was recovering from surgery.

That's about all I can do at this point other than also staying hydrated, I ate a big bowl of two cups of rice with a big slab of that beef I mentioned earlier for lunch, so progress is already being made on taking a solid shit.

Super late, but, no. I think I did too good a job making things solid down there and made my self constipated, by the time I could take a good sized shit, the diaper was worn out and taken off and the mood to mess had passed.
