The paradox of ABDL life is that it's a fetish, it doesn't dictate any particular way of life to those who follow it. Everyone is allowed to make their own rules and follow accordingly. Ignore the above replies. A lot of us are very fond of taking care of ourselves both physically and mentally.

I'm vegan-keto so I follow a strict diet coupled with fasting 3-5 days every 3 weeks.

I also follow a heavy regimen of intense cardio and free weights.

I'm not exactly where I want to be, but I'm on the right path.

Right now I'm 190lbs and 6' and my goal weight is 160lbs.

People describe wearing diapers as a fetish where as it's a lifestyle for me and rarely falls into a sexual category.

Because of this I feel my personal life hasn't been consumed by diapers and lead me to forget about my physical appearance.

I eat, to a large degree, a vegan diet. Not for moral reasons or anything like this. Rest heart rates at 70BPM, 130lbs at 5'4". Not sure what my body fat percentage is but probably average. I work out on a semi-basis. So I'm not exactly "fit" but I'm also not skinnyfat. My pectorals lifts my shirts some, makes me look somewhat adjusted physically.

Don't care about becoming "ripped". Just want some degree of fitness in my life. Would like to get abs one day, but that shits hard.

Admittedly, that's equal parts from wanting to crossdress and 'exercise feels really good'.

kek - I hope you enjoy the shit out of that lifestyle, because you will literally have to do that the rest if your life to keep the weight off Unless you think you can magically get down to 160 and go right back to how you were before it.

Nope - I'm 165 at 5'10 with a decent cut I maintain with no special diet and 4 days per week of lifting for 45 minutes a pop.
