You know, for years now I've been thinking about an episode of a TV show I watched repeatedly before I was old enough to start school, with nothing to go on except it was about animal kids talking about what they wanted to be when they grew up (embed related). This one episode is all I clearly remember about the series, thanks anon for helping me put a name to that old childhood memory.

Frankly I still prefer Arthur but that might just be because I was exposed to Arthur at a slightly older age and it stuck with me more.

Holy shit, thank you for posting this. I didn't know that it was a TV show, I only remember the books, but I've always remembered this one episode of a children's show that involved a robbery. Now you posted the characters and I found it, it wasn't just a dream or something.

I'm pretty sure I played the busy town pc game as a kid. 90% sure it had the same characters as what you just posted.

Dude, that game was my life. Fucking amazing puzzles and the graphics, to a small child in the 90s, were amazing.
