Good thread. Though I find it hard to combine diapers and the /fit/ lifestyle because wearing diapers to the gym just doesn't turn out that well. Cardio will give you a friction rash, can't use the pool at all, diaper fills with sweat regardless.

I´ve started running every second day for an hour again.

I encourage anyone to do regular workouts, you are way healthier and also just feel a lot better (I didn't believe it either but it's a huge difference)

Diapers also fit way better on non fat people and almost everyone prefers slim people.

I've never been fat, but I recently switched to a very low carb diet and feel a lot healthier and happier for it. I can go for far longer between meals without getting hungry, and I don't get the same mood swings I used to get when I was eating high-carb meals.

I've been wanting to get fit, or at the very least shed some fat from my gut and thighs, but I have no idea where to start. What kinds of exercises are good to start, how to best utilise them, e.t.c. Plus my diet is absolute shit but I can barely bring myself to eat anything that's remotely healthy. A whole life of eating unhealthily to now and i've barely got an appetite as is, nevermind for something that's good for you.

You do not have to go crazy and in fact that will just make you not go through with it. Small steps, when you do nothing even little is great.

Do not overcomplicate things and be aware it´s not magic or some kind of special diet.

You are an omnivore.

Easy approach is try to get vegetables somehow with every meal. Try to cut/limit sweets especially and you are golden.

Again start simple, go for a short run every second/third day.

Try to go for 30 minutes with a watch that makes sure you don´t go ABOVE a certain level of demand. The biggest mistake is going to fast which will make you quit immediately since it´s hell. With a pulse watch which is immensly cheap (no need for any kind of fancy one, the cheapest will do as long as you get your pulse).

The trick is not to pay attention to the people who drive it to the extreme.

Keep it simple and doable.

Never experienced any of this, so I could never relate to nofappers. I feel light as a feather after a fap and very clear minded and at peace. Whenever I have pushed aside fapping, I have always had the reverse problem. So I just go here, fap for a moment, then feel good man.

Do exercises that you may find enjoyable. Same thing applies to diet. If you hate certain foods, but you eat them trying to get "healthy", you are just going to fall back on bad habits otherwise. For example, if you hate jogging like I do, ride a bike instead or speed walk around a local park. It's better on the knees anyway. The point isn't to kill yourself but to increase your heart rate. Over time, your resting heart rate will go down from around 90BPM to about 70 over time. 60-70 is considered ideal resting heart rate (around there). This means you are getting fit. Don't overthink exercise, just be sure to make an effort to move your body on a regular basis. If you hit a rough day, it's fine to do it the next day. Your body isn't going to fall apart, so don't put pressure on yourself. Improvements add up overtime like a piggybank. 3 pennies in, 1 penny out. You are still ahead 2 pennies if you get my meaning.

Don't stress on finding the perfect schedule or exercise regime or diet. Just make incremental improvements.

Just do simple weight lifting exercises as well. If you have workout machines at your local park, make use of them and don't over exert yourself. Just make that first step, make more small steps, and have at it at a fairly consistent basis.

If nofap works for you, that's great. You do you. But until I see some concrete evidence that any of this isn't complete bullshit, you'd best keep it to yourself. All nofap does for me is make me intensely frustrated and feeling the desire to fap in the most inconvenient situations.
