I'm no doctor, but a cursory glance reads that pinworms live in the intestine and lay their eggs in the skin around the anus. Given that an enema is just rinsing the intestine with water, I don't think it would be enough to actually get rid of all the worms, and even if it did there would be eggs to get rid of. And overuse of enemas can be damaging in the long term because you're taking out the beneficial bacteria that live in your intestine too.
I don't think enemas are a cure for pinworms, but like I said, I'm not a doctor. If they are causing some significance of an issue for you, then I maintain a doctor would be your best bet to give you the proper treatment.
