Since I don't have a paypal or a PO box big enough for large packages, let's talk about the merits of buying diapers in person.

Medical Supply Stores

<Pros

>Often stock good quality brands

>generally reasonable prices (9$-15$ a pack, occasionally more for really high end brands)

>Few people come in and out, you're unlikely to be seen by peers

>most staff take their job seriously enough to not judge

>good brand variety

>if you visit regularly and explain you're "caring for an elder," they'll be sympathetic and not judge

>Almost always stock proper briefs. Likely to stock plastic backed

<Cons

>Staff is often senile and take forever to check you out, which is awkward sometimes

>Staff tend to gravitate between (most of the time) excessively helpful "who are you buying these for? What is their waist size?" and (occasionally) grumpy misers who can't into customer service

>Some stores specialize in other medical goods and stock a low variety (this is uncommon)

>Few locations

I generally like these stores since they're private, cheap, have good brands, and mostly have good staff, but I've run into a couple of bad ones.

=Ma&Pa Pharmacies==

<Pros

>Generally good brands and decent variety

>Staff is personable

>Lower traffic than major pharmacies, is fairly private except late afternoon

>Usually stock briefs, often plastic backed

<Cons

>Tend to be a bit pricier, but not too bad

>More likely to be seen by peers than medical stores

>Few locations

They're similar to medical supply stores in terms of good service, but they're slightly less private

Thrift Stores

<Pros

>Dirt cheap

>Staff are often charitable, understanding types

>dirt cheap

>Plentiful locations

>dirt cheap

>Did I say dirt cheap? 5 dollars for any pack

<Cons

>some chains, especially Good Will, are crowded and attract normies, especially fashion conscious stacies

>Inconsistent supply, are often out of stock

>tend to stock lower end diapers, probably the surplus of deceased elders

Thrift stores fall into one of two castes

>Charity oriented thrift stores with low traffic and a variety of good. These often stock diapers (Think Salvation Army)

>Fashion oriented thrift stores that are full of people and stock mostly clothes (Think Good Will)

Franchise Pharmacies

<Pros

>Many locations

>Usually stock a decent "store brand" of tape up briefs for a decent price

>Also carry powder, oil, cream, pacifiers, and bottles (I wouldn't buy these and diapers in the same purchase)

>Carry goodnites if you're a pullupfag

>carry booze

<Cons

>Generally crowed

>Low brand variety; 90% of it is over priced depends

>most of said depends are "underwear style"

>only plastic backed are depends protection with tabs, which are over priced and suck

>chad and stacy cashiers

Big box stores and grociers

<Pros

>nothing

<cons

>19.99$ for depends underwear styles. The only thing they carry most of the time

>everyone in town sees what you're buying

Or you could just fucking man up and create a non-prime amazon alt and have them discrete packaged to you. The only thing that will show up on your card charge is "Amazon" and the price.

If you're THAT scared, you could purchase an amazon gift card and load it with whatever funds you need to.

 No.44413>>44420 >>44421

why did you bother writing all this out?

>>44407

Exactly. In what situation could you possibly be in where you couldn't receive a package at your home? Even if you order from "ijackoffindiapers.com" the box is going to be brown and the tag is only going to say the return address. I ordered diapers when i lived with my parents and nobody questioned it. If you must you can track your packages and make sure you're home to receive them. Also the statements on your credit card only show where it was spent not what was bought.

If you can get away with having and hiding them i doubt you'll have a problem getting a box in the mail

OP, if you are uncomfortable shipping diapees directly to your house, ship them to a FedEx store and have them hold the package for pickup. Easy and no added expense.

Regarding box stores, something I like about them include 24/7 access to secluded bathrooms.

Any live-at-home fags out there who are desperate to wear ive taken road trips and plugged 24/7 Wal-Marts in whenever I needed a change

 No.44433

Hmm I should check out med supply. I've never bought my diapers there. When I lived with roommates it was never an issue getting things delivered, but now I'm in a studio with my mom (long story) so she wou.d eventually ask why I kept getting packages that I would only open when she wasn't around.

Fun Story: I used to live in the same place. Now, when living in a place like this it's legit better to keep your doors unlocked and car empty, that way they don't break your windows looking around.

I left my diaper bag in my car one night by mistake, and lo and behold, when I went to go to work the next day I see my backpack and diapers strewn across the street. I quickly picked everything up and threw it into my car.

>>44426

I'm going to start doing this. UPS stores work, too.

@OP you can have diapers shipped to your small PO box and the post office will leave a note in your box saying they have it. The only con is that you have to go when they are open instead of swinging by at 2 AM.

It's what I did a couple years ago when I went on a sex toy/kink shit ordering spree. Just rented the smallest PO box for a year.

Opening a P.O. Box is a pain in the ass. There's no need when major carriers all have physical locations and will hold your goodies for free

You must not live in a major city. We had a thread recently about how difficult it is to live by yourself in the modern economy.

I said this in that thread, but I grew up in rural Louisiana but now I live in Atlanta because I got offered a job here. I'm making 60 grand a year but I'm paying a thousand dollars a month for rent to have a small one bedroom apartment to myself.

My friends back home are making less money than me, but are able to buy houses with the money they're making because it's rural Louisiana.

>The only reason you wouldn't buy in person is if you're living with your parents

Would or wouldn't?

Either way, that's a stupid point. There are a lot of reasons why someone might not be able to order online, or have it shipped to their place of residence. Like a few people have already said, it's difficult to be able to afford to live alone in most cities, and unless your roommate is also an ABDL, you probably don't want them knowing about your fetish. When I lived with roommates, I preferred purchasing my diapers in person, even at the cost of quality. I occasionally ordered online, but it was too much stress trying to make sure I was there to receive the package personally. Instead, I'd just go to the local medical supply store, which thankfully stocked Attends Waistband Briefs.

I guess it didn't really matter in the end though, since I know the snooping fuckers found my stash more than once. None of them said anything, but we were all junkies anyways, and I'm sure they had their fair share of kinks. One of my roommates was an ex-meth head and he had some stories. Tweaked sex gets kinky af. But I definitely digress…

With my current job, I travel around for work and mostly live in hotels. If I had a reliable real-world retail source for quality adult diapers, I'd opt for that rather than ordering them online and having them shipped to my hotel. Unfortunately, I've grown accustomed to a certain lifestyle (namely Abena M4s, which cannot be found in stores here), so I bite the bullet and have them shipped to my hotels, risking them being discovered by staff. The last time I ordered a bag of diapers, it did NOT come in the "discrete" packaging that Amazon advertised. Picking that up from the front desk was embarrassing as all hell, and there is no way to play it off like they're for someone else when you're staying there alone.

A lot of autists will tell you not to care, "brush it off", "ignore them", "it doesn't matter what they think", "it's just an underwear choice", "just tell them it's for a medical condition", etc… but that's shit advice. Step one is not getting caught. If you've got any kind of public image or reputation to protect, you keep your private life private. If you *need* to wear diapers, that's one thing, and you shouldn't be ashamed of it. But, if you're like me and just wear because you enjoy them, it's probably best to keep that to yourself. Unless you have nothing to lose, in which case, yeah, fuck it.

Once you get over the anxiety of buying diapers in person, it's much more convenient. If retail stores ever start stocking Depends Protection with Tabs (the plastic-backed ones) again, you can bet your ass I'll be grabbing them more often than the M4s. You save money on shipping, you don't have to wait for them to arrive, and you have complete custody over them during the entire process. I'll occasionally take short road trips to small towns/cities where I don't know anyone, and check all of their stores for hidden gems. They usually don't have anything more than the typical shit-tier store brands, which means nothing plastic-backed. I've yet to try thrift stores though, and I've heard a lot of people have had good luck with those.

how the fuck could your roomates even know?!

Just order in discreet shipping for fucks sake

and hide the diapers in not transparent bags

(in the bed box or buy a box with a lock on!)

Not sure why your roomates should be able to sniff around your room without getting a broken nose, though!

>packaging isn't alwys discreet

it actually is

unless you order from some shady rip-off page.

And who the fuck orders overpriced diapers from Amazon?!

Do you not have a cheap medical-online-store or a fetish-store with cheap sales?

I just wanted to say these are pretty neat. Sorta bought them out of desperation but i'm glad i did. They're basically just adult pull-ups, though very thin ones. Makes me want to get some stuffers to go with them because the actual diaper is pretty good except it doesn't really have ANY absorbency, they're just nice to wear. These are good for stealth too because they make almost no noise. I like these just for wearing when i can't actually wear diapers. Plus pulling them down to use the bathroom makes me feel very little.

I get mine from a pharmacy/ medical supply store. They know that I wear but they think its for medical reasons. It started out with the lady at the counter noticing me looking at their limited selection of low quality pullups. She was overly helpful when I said they didn't have the kind of diapers I was looking for. Asked what brands I was looking for. She went to her computer and I mentioned tranquility, molicare, tena. She ordered a case of tranquility ATN for me (I didn't want to spend on molicares at the time). When she asked me what size I replied "I'm a large". And the next day she had a case of briefs for me. Ive been coming back ever since (this was 2 years ago). I get boosters, pullups, bedpads, and even plastic panties through them. Shipping is actually cheaper than it would be if I went straight from online. It's also more discrete tbh. Only reason for me to order online is to get abdl diapers.

 No.45604

>>45533

Hey, good on her for quality customer service, but does it not get weird that you routinely go to the same pharmacy for diapers, and nobody questions why you are routinely going to the pharmacy? Or do people actually know and just not give a shit?
