Speaking from experience (as the bottom), it doesn't work very well unless the top is well-endowed. The extra bulk between butt and body creates extra space so anything less than like, 6" isn't that great and under 5" may as well not even try. This is common in most search engines, but typing minus (-) right before a key word will filter any thing with that tag out.

There are a few options:

1. Hire a translator. This could be quite expensive and honestly I don't know where you'd even find someone offering that service.

2. Post it online (somewhere like sadpanda) and hope someone likes it enough to translate it. I've translated one doujin before because it looked really good and the Japanese was very simple.

3. Post it on sadpanda and put up a bounty for a translation. Unfortunately this requires you to use the stupid GP/credits/hath system and probably isn't worth the effort.

If you're not willing to post it online, then only option 1 is available to you. I guess you could always learn Japanese too.
