This was posted by RFKjr and people showed him this actually happened earlier in the year (the actual money) and was from Fauci not Trump.

He even took down the post and clarified that it wasn't a bait and switch. Not saying you're wrong but just that it's been discussed before.

I don't believe the people en masse will willingly take a vaccine for covid. So I'm not too worried
