No. What our so-called "leaders" did is spit upon Western consumers, businesses and workers as a whole, while giving China another pass to continue doing whatever it is they want (which they have the right to do anyway). All this is a PR stunt. Russia and China will NOT conform to any Western idiocy and/or treachery, they will simply smirk and exploit the stupidity of our corrupt Western (((leaders))).
