The United States is pushing relations with China to "the brink of a new Cold War", China's foreign minister said Sunday, rejecting Washington's "lies" over the coronavirus while saying Beijing was open to an international effort to find its source.

Keeping up the worsening war of words with Washington over the pandemic and a Beijing move to tighten control over Hong Kong, Wang Yi said the United States had been infected by a "political virus" compelling figures there to continually attack China.

"It has come to our attention that some political forces in the US are taking China-US relations hostage and pushing our two countries to the brink of a new Cold War," Wang told reporters during a press conference at China's week-long annual parliamentary session.

Longstanding friction between the two powers over trade, human rights and a range of other issues have been pushed to new heights since the virus outbreak.

China must stop building miltary bases on sand castles,dismanlte exisitng illegal military bases, stop attacking its neighbors, stop invading hong kong, admit guilt in covid-19 pandemic, and pay restitution.

This is the most ridiculous shit I’ve ever heard. Everyone knows it was the deepstate element which has been imbedded in China for awhile that used the accidental release of virus to its advantage. They sealed off habei province but still allowed air travel. Obongo gave the suspect lab 3.7million to help push the agenda along. One stone and two eyes in which to see.

The US is losing his grip in world domination and China is taking the place, just look how they put money in key places without firing 1 bullet, they own around 50% of Afrika, a military base in Argentina (they can guide missiles from there), they have all the thech industries, the pharma industries too, invaded Europe with people and the US too, but hey be happy the US ruined Europe too by invading the middle east.

We have been in a cold war with China since they entered the WTO and they have been kicked our asses. All of our presidents, the CFR Jews, and the central bankers have been allowing the China to wage a cold war with no US intervention until now. Now the chinks have infected the world with a bioweapon and our cowardly president still isn't doing anything about it. We need to reshore all of our manufacturing. Anything that can be made here should be made here. Allowing globalists operating against the US national interest to control our supply chain and politics is a grave national security threat.
