Robert Redfield, the director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), will self-quarantine for two weeks after coming in contact with a person who tested positive for COVID-19 at the White House.
"CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield has been determined to have had a low risk exposure on May 6 to a person at the White House who has COVID-19. He is feeling fine, and has no symptoms. He will be teleworking for the next two weeks," a CDC spokesperson told several media outlets.

Anon, that's a nice tea recipe. It will feel good when you're sick. In fact, I actually want to make it. It was a very effective treatment when you had a combination of influenza and acute hypochondria - after the tea and two weaks of bed rest, your influenza and your psychosomatic pneumonia/bronchitis were gone! The thing is, gargling my semen would have gotten you the same results. So would two drops of beer in your morning coffee every day, or a single habanero squeezed, lubricated, and taken as a suppository.
Presenting it as an effective coronavirus treatment is shitty and puts people at real risk. You don't even have the lab equipment needed to tell if it has any impact on viral levels!

I don't want you to LIE to people about helping them, because when you give them a fake cure it leads to them putting off real treatments - and in the case of contagious diseases it leads to them SPREADING. Surely, even if you believe the tea is great, you can understand why someone who suspects it doesn't do anything wouldn't want coofers THINKING they're cured while they're still contagious, no?
Do an actual rigorous study on your tea. You may well be able to find some university students who'd like to do a REAL STUDY with cheap generally-recognized-as-safe ingredients. They can help you. Maybe the tea's even beneficial! I can tell you're overstating the benefits, but I can't be 100% sure that you're completely deluded… and if the stuff works, I WANT the real doctors going "here is a tea recipe" when you call them up with a cold or cough or whatever. Maybe it's just a placebo that makes you feel good… hell, that's fine too, "this tea is nice when you're sick" is worth it.

I give it to everyone I meet and they let me know their result, that is the scientific process. They report their evidence and the result is repeatable by anyone.
It's for intelligent people that want to help themselves and others. This plague is good because you and everyone like you won't make it. There is a study being done right now using Azithromycin and zinc. That's the closest thing they have to my antiviral tea. But antibiotics aren't nearly as effective as a strong antiviral. The fact is they don't really work very well for viral and respiratory infection, they just give you extreme diarrhea. My tea has no side effects. It works every time for everyone exactly the same. If it wasn't effective I wouldn't have wasted my time. The good people without brain damage will try it and share it because once you try it, you have evidence that it works and is very simple, cheap and natural. Any one can do it and take care of their own health; without the hassle of patent medicine, that's how it should be.
