Note that mask-wearing is very common in Chinese culture already: it's recommended if you're sick, so you don't make others sick. It's also used to deal with high levels of pollution, common in their cities. It would be normal for Chinese people to respond to a new plague by buying masks. Many Chinese people do not trust Chinese products due to (justly, AFAIK) perceived poor quality standards, so they will import things for personal use.
What you're seeing could very easily simply be the spike from people stocking up on masks for personal/family use, possibly aggravated by perceived shortages (do the Americans yet have toilet paper in stores again?)

Hitting that talking point well there, but Navarro's ability to force memes doesn't mean they're real.
Regime mouthpieces can be informative, but they don't tell the truth - they tell what the regime wants you to believe, or if they're playing 3d chess what they want you to believe they want you to believe.
Now, what do we know?
- The American regime keeps confiscating PPE shipments.
- The American regime is auctioning the PPE off.
- The American regime has a fondness for the (possibly Alinsky-inspired?) tactic of preemptively accusing the enemy of what you have done.
So, the real question here is - is the regime JUST hoarding PPE to strengthen its position, or is the 'bioweapons lab' meme ALSO a preemptive accusation?
