If your property is ever taken (guns, children, weed, whatever) you must file a suit AT COMMON LAW so that you preserve your right to a trial by jury. ANY law, statute, code, etc. that came into existence after 1791 is NOT a suit at common law and you will NOT have a right to a trial by jury in those cases (hence why you have no right to a trial by jury in family court or traffic court regardless of what the 7th amendment says, because those cases are not "suits at common law") and therefore the judge will just automatically decide that you lose, no matter what your evidence is. This happens in family court every day.

However in 1791 it would have been easy to sue a man who touched your property without consent and the supreme court has ruled that ALL of the causes of action that existed at common law in 1791 still exist.

The key thing to understand here is that you do not sue the government or "government officials", you FILE A CLAIM against the MAN who acts as a government official. So you don't call the "police officer" who break into your home and conduct a no knock raid a police officer, you call him by his real name and sue "bob jones" for trespass, which is a cause of action that existed at common law in 1791.

Whoever touches your gun, you don't call it a gun and you don't call him a police officer, you call it property and you call him by his real name and you make a very simple lawsuit that says something to the effect of "the man bob jones administrates my property without right. i, a man require the immediate restoration of property and compensation in the amount of $1000 per day for every day that said property continues to be administered without consent". Then get two other witnesses (WITH FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE) to go into court and swear to the same facts as you and then your allegations will be on the record.

It is NOT the same court you sue the man at. If you file IN their court you are correct, you will lose. This is confusing so the distinction between "venue" and "jurisdiction" needs to explained.

A "court" and a "courthouse" are not the same thing. A courthouse is a venue and different jurisdictions can operate within the same courthouse. What you want is a trial by jury in a court of law

which is guaranteed by the "suits at common law" portion of the 7th amendment. While this may take place AT the same venue, it is taking place IN a different jurisdiction than the administrative court where your legal person is being charged.

There is a difference between "legal" and "lawful". It may not be "illegal" to conduct a no knock raid. However, the common law tort of trespass (as it existed in 1791), for example, is and always will be unlawful. The "Law" is do no harm, injury or loss and break no contract and it exists irrespective of whether or not it is written down in a statute or codified in legalese. You cannot just write down in some code that it's permissible to cause harm to your fellow man.

If you sue a man for interfering with or administering your property without right and he claims that he had a duty, obligation or privilege to do what he did, he just admitted to your claim, did he not? duties, obligations and privileges are not rights.

The fact of the matter is, you have a right to property, whereas he only has a duty, obligation or privilege to do something. Rights trump duties, obligations or privileges. You can't interfere with someones rights just because you have some obligation or duty to act in a certain way.

I believe this is why some statutes are referred to as "statutes at large", because just like a criminal who is "at large", most statutes on the books are "armed and dangerous" and can easily cause harm to man, so government actors must use caution when applying a statute at large otherwise they could potentially be held liable for causing harm to man.

How to make a GREAT silencer for a high caliber rifle: Use a glass pack, the smallest one, for the smallest car. That's a straight through muffler. Have it arranged so you shoot through the muffler with your gun barrel inserted into it a few inches. Then it won't be one shot one kill, you can pretty much do anything you want from a distance if it works good enough.

START SCOPING OUT GREAT PLACES TO MAKE A STAND IN VIRGINIA

If you have a 30.06 or a .270 those will be the best. Put your scope on that is your best for long range and find places where you have a huge view and can take carefully placed well set up shots of about a quarter mile. They will all be wearing body armor designed to defeat your AR. Their body armor WILL NOT WORK AGAINST A .270, that was always the best gun for this out there.

The .270 is the most accurate common caliber. I had a 4 inch shot pattern at 400 yards with mine. That's good enough and you can do it too. Surprisingly I hated my Leupold scope and did best with the Bushnell. If the cheap one works better, USE IT.
