Flags:

• Flags must be a maximum of 48KB and 20 x 16 pixels.
• Allowed file types are: PNG
• Provide the name under which that flag will be listed in the flag selection

Banner:

• Banners must be a maximum of 500KB and 300 x 100 pixels.
• Allowed file types are: JPEG, PNG and GIF

Flags and Banners are then both posted in the comfy thread where they will be added to the boards settings by a mod.
